SHIPPING INFORMATION

How do you ship?

We ship all orders via US Postal Service Flat Rate Shipping using the least amount of packaging material possible. This option will be tracked and insured up to US$50.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of payment. Priority Mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped--depending on your distance from Pennsylvania.

Our business days are Monday through Friday. 

RECEIVING ORDERS DURING A SALE:

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales, Bank Holidays, Black Friday weekend or other holiday sales packages may be delayed by a few days.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on it's way.

What are my shipping cost options?

Priority Mail: Flat Rate For all US Orders: Small Box $9.00 (First Item) Add'l $5.00 for Second Item

Missing Item Policy: 

Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
